I went there to have my electric car serviced, and everything went well! The after-sales service gave me a very warm welcome, and the lady who checked me in was very friendly. I left with a clean car and a nearly full charge!

I dropped my car off two months ago for a service. Today, like any diligent person who keeps up with their maintenance, I wanted to check the fluid levels and top up the windshield washer fluid reservoir, but I realized the hood release lever wasn't working, so I couldn't open the hood. I contacted the garage before going in, and... I was treated like I'd never experienced anything like it, like some poor woman who doesn't know anything about cars and is being unscrupulously ripped off. According to the rather unfriendly gentleman, I only realized this two months later. The part must have been faulty for a while, and (I quote) it just so happened that they were the "poor souls who did my service." I still asked him if he checked his fluid levels every month. He replied that he didn't, so I told him that I did the same and that I was very sorry I hadn't realized sooner that my hood wouldn't open. Without any response, and with great compassion, he replied, "Well, yes, ma'am." I explained that I drive a lot and that anything could have happened, and asked how I would have managed with a hood that wouldn't open. The man kindly replied that I would have to have my vehicle towed to a garage. I'm overwhelmed and won't pursue this incident further because, in any case, it's just one poor woman's word against that of a large company (a company that unfortunately employs dishonest staff who I sincerely hope will be brought to justice). But I wanted to leave this comment because it's important to publicize this kind of thing. P.S.: I gave it one star because otherwise it's impossible to publish the comment.

Avoid this garage!! I got my car back after a service recommended by the manufacturer, and what's certain is that it will never go to this garage again! I had a problem opening the hood, and the billing didn't work. I had to wait a month to get my invoice! Every time I went there, there was always an excuse! Zero service!! I called to report my problems after visiting the garage, and the person kindly told me to get lost! In short, one thing is certain: think carefully before dropping off your car there; mine, for my part, will never go again!!
