Last year, I changed cars and opted for the new C3. First outrage: the mandatory servicing required the year after purchase, even with low mileage. Second outrage: the price I paid for the first service: €350! This price includes the supply of two filters (cabin and pollen) which must be changed at 25,000 km or 2 years. These filters cost me €160 including tax. For your information, my odometer reads 5,200 km. You can therefore understand my disappointment. For comparison, in April 2023, the first service on the Captur I owned cost me €141. I fully intend to switch brands and go for Dacia, which doesn't impose such obligations and offers, depending on the options, less "electronics." That was my rant.

Honestly, I don't understand the negative comments about this dealership. The reception on the phone was friendly, and they were the only ones to respond quickly to my request to replace my Takata airbags. Once I arrived, every member of staff greeted me, and the person who helped me was exceptionally professional. I highly recommend this garage (and I'm usually quick to criticize). Thank you to the team!

At my first service appointment, they recommended changing the cabin air filter, even though my vehicle only has 7,500 km. Upon returning, I discovered that the manufacturer's maintenance schedule specifies changing the filter every 20,000 km or 2 years. Something's not right here! This is an exorbitant charge!

I was very disappointed with the telephone service. I waited 20 minutes before speaking to someone who told me the workshop manager would call me back later that day. No one ever did. I went to another Citroën garage, where they answered and gave me an appointment. What a sad image for this once-great French brand. Disappointing!

Today I had my company vehicle's 40,000 km service done. It's the second service I've had done at this garage. I arrived at 9:00 AM and got my vehicle back at 11:30 AM – no complaints about the speed. Plus, it was washed! In short, a very good experience. I used to go to a much larger garage in the city, but half the time I'd break down 400 meters after leaving; they'd just forgotten to put a part back in – no big deal… And the vehicle was never washed…
