I made an appointment to have my tires changed. A quote was drawn up and accepted. So far, so good. On the day of the appointment, I was told that since I wasn't a customer, they would have to do a "geometry check." So far, no problems on my end, until I was told that if the check wasn't correct, I'd have to pay €70 more!!! Being in a hurry to get to work, I didn't ask any questions, knowing that my alignment had been done and that it was correct! But when I came back to pick up my car, I was obviously told that the check wasn't up to standard! I was told that the alignment must have never been done or that I must have hit a curb! I explained to them that this wasn't what was normally agreed upon, and that I would have liked to have known beforehand so I could have paid! I'm told they have plenty of clients with the same name as me, and all I have to do is ask someone with the same name to advance me a check! What a disgrace!! In short, they didn't respect the initial quote and ripped me off! RUN AWAY!

A phone call to schedule the appointment was made with a smile. The same goes for dropping off the vehicle. The deadline was respected (even though it's understandable that sometimes an unforeseen event delays the appointment). In my case, I had an appointment the same day.

A very warm welcome. Excellent service, punctuality, and very good advice. The tires delivered were 'fresh,' meaning they were manufactured in 2025. What more could you ask for?
