I had intended to keep my winter tires in their warehouse during the summer, as I had previously done with the summer tires in June. Unfortunately, when I contacted them by phone to make an appointment, they told me that they had DISPOSED OF my FOUR winter tires the day I had them changed for summer tires, and that it was written on the invoice in small print. They didn't explain anything to me verbally when I was there in June, even asking if I wanted to throw them away. I paid the invoice and kept it without looking at it until today. I still can't understand the cause of this behavior. They aren't very friendly to customers who live outside of France.

Hello everyone, I was pleasantly surprised by the expertise of Euromaster in Dole; I received a very warm welcome. I highly recommend them. I'm truly delighted with the professionals at every level. I added a star because they were so welcoming. Thank you! I'm always satisfied with their professionalism. After a flat tire the day before on the highway, taken care of from 8:30 a.m. on Saturday morning. At 9 a.m. the tires were changed and all this with a big smile from all the staff. Thanks again! The family who had breakfast in the reception
