I could give them zero stars, and I would. This garage is a disaster. They did repairs without my consent, and I'm not even sure their explanation—that I had a rodent infestation—is true. In any case, they're charging me and trying to make me pay. Absolutely not! I'm going to have the car inspected, and I'm not going to let this go.

I bought a used car from them in August. During the sale, I had some doubts because the car didn't have a glove box or a double rearview mirror. So I asked if it was a former driving school car. The salesman, Leo, assured me it wasn't, that the glove box in these cars was an option and that it was simply a bag that was added to that space, and that the double rearview mirror was an option the previous owner had chosen. After checking myself, I discovered that it was indeed a former driving school car. The salesman is, however, legally required to inform potential buyers about this. I decided to buy the car anyway, and I was assured that all the accessories would be replaced and that, for this deviation from the rules (the car's origin wasn't disclosed), it would be delivered with a full tank of diesel. Three weeks after the purchase, the car was ready for delivery (despite the one-week delivery timeframe initially promised). To my great surprise, when I went to pick it up, there was no glove box, no floor mats (which I had paid for), and no tank of diesel. This long delay had been justified by Vincent Eder (who had taken over my case in the meantime) as a delay in the glove box's arrival and installation. I was told that the glove box would arrive within a maximum of one month. Having arrived today, in December, I was informed that the glove box had been sent back to Peugeot (the brand of the car I bought). Apparently, the service department hadn't taken care of it. There is absolutely no professionalism at this dealership. I would advise anyone looking to buy a car against using them. I'm not usually demanding, but I simply feel like I'm being taken for a ride. I am sincerely disappointed because, for me, buying a car from Renault was a guarantee of trust. I was very wrong. PS: I did read your response to my Renault Laxou review, which, strangely enough, doesn't match what Vincent Eder told me. In your response, you mention an incompatible glove box. However, Mr. Eder clearly told me that the correct glove box was ordered and received at your dealership. Unfortunately, no one seems to have taken care of it. I quote: "When the package isn't picked up from the parts department to exchange it, it's sent back. They messed things up... They didn't take care of it." I no longer know which version to believe: the one where no one handled my case, or the one where the wrong glove box was ordered and it took three months to order the correct one? Update: In response (a response that was modified following the inconsistent statements from each Renault Nancy employee) to my comment, I was told that my salesperson, Vincent Eder, would contact me. He told me it was a mistake by his colleague in the workshop who, and I quote, "They messed up... They didn't take care of it." Apparently, I was supposed to receive a call back sometime in the middle of next week (the week of December 15th). And today, Monday, December 22nd, I'm still the one chasing them because I haven't heard anything at all. This colleague from the workshop finally deigned to call me back. Good news! Well, no, because they still don't have the glove box. Their excuse? Peugeot's delivery times are long... Apparently, Renault's are too, for a case that's been dragging on since August 2026. Thanks, Renault, really, a student saving up to buy a car... that's incomplete, and then being strung along for the rest of the process is just great. I honestly think people are making fun of me.

First appointment at this garage for a ventilation repair. A professional and pleasant welcome. Quick appointment wait times. Car repaired on time. The only downside is that I couldn't get a courtesy car for the two days of repairs because none were available. But this is absolutely not their fault, so it doesn't affect my satisfaction or my rating.
