Many, many thanks to the workshop team! We were passing through when the oil light in our campervan started to glow faintly. Just to be safe, we spontaneously stopped by – and we received immediate, completely hassle-free help without any waiting. The mechanic immediately checked the oil level and the oil distribution in the engine. Luckily, it turned out that everything was fine and it was just a minor malfunction of the light.
We were particularly impressed by the mechanic's exceptional friendliness and expertise! Highly recommended!

The owner is very pleasant and kind; he explains things well. However, your secretary really needs some customer service training. I called her to ask about my car, and she curtly replied, "I don't know anything about it. We'll call you when it's ready," and then she hung up. She was just as rude when I went to the garage to ask about the progress. And she was just as rude to the customer behind me who clearly told her, "That's the last time I'm coming to this garage." On the other hand, I have nothing but praise for the people who pump the gas; they're super friendly, pleasant, and chatty.
