Fantastic customer service. While holidaying in France a warning appeared on dashboard. Warning repair needed emissions fault adblue. A countdown started saying engine will not start after zero. Not enough kilometres to reach destination. Garage recognise fault but could not carry out repairs immediately. They offered to reset the fault countdown straight away. Panic over. Thanks very much great customer service.

On my way back from the Dordogne to Paris, I had the misfortune of getting a flat tire on the front right of my car. I headed to the Peugeot Geraud Automobile garage, even though I was driving a BMW. The welcome was extraordinary, my car was taken care of immediately, and the repair was meticulous, not to mention top-notch. I thank the entire after-sales service team at Geraud Automobile, and in particular the receptionist, whose name I didn't note, but he'll recognize himself; he's a bit like me, a bit of a good sport. Well done!

I have a Peugeot garage only 300m from my house, but I prefer to travel 10km to Peugeot Donzenac – Géraud Automobiles. The welcome is always warm, the team is professional and attentive, and the work is carried out with care. Deadlines are respected, explanations are clear, and you can feel a real concern for customer satisfaction. A trusted garage that I recommend without hesitation!

Victim of deception!? Donzenac Optimum Automobile Following a professional ad on Le Bon Coin, the used vehicle was purchased privately at the dealership without meeting the actual owners through a dealership agent. A flawless and very professional welcome. We test-drove the vehicle for barely 10 minutes; we discovered that the tablet was outdated; the agent told us he'd take care of everything. We paid the amount, well above the average price; we received the vehicle the following week. Winter passed... summer arrived, the heat wave, the air conditioning turned out to be defective, even though the ad mentioned all the options (including the air conditioning). It was still under the 6-month garage warranty. Failure to inform you that the transaction does not entitle you to the 24-month liability of the compliance obligation (2023 Law, Article 127.3 of the Consumer Code). Abuse of weakness between a professional and an uninformed consumer. A good deal as it is understood across the Atlantic! For the dealer, for the individual seller, but much less so for the buyer: I'm the car expert, I sell, I charge the full price (between €1,500 and €2,500 above the listed price), and I don't assume the professional's responsibilities. Forewarned is forearmed...
