A wonderful experience with Renault Draguignan, we highly recommend them. Being new residents in France, we were looking for a safe car, good service and not too much hassle with paperwork. Excellent communication with Mr LAMY, followed by clear helpful and useful demonstration & guidance by Clément and his team when we came to collect our new car. We had a multi lingual staff throughout , and he helped to explain things in English when it was too technical. Aurélie in the accounts department was fantastic with the paperwork.

Small scratches on our new Kangoo, repair in the carrosserie, manager refused to give a replacement car for one day, although we have a service contract with the right of a replacement car.
After a complaint with the administration, the assistant Angelique arranged with another assistant Syvie to give us the replacement car. This was on Friday the 27/10/2023
The scratches were correctly repaired and manager of the carrosserie was suddenly very friendly.
Thank you Angelique and we hope that in future our service contract at 66euros per month gives us all the benifits.
