Hello, I had a repair done on my van in mid-July for an amount of 1000 euros. For payment, I paid 600 euros by credit card and I wrote a check for 400 euros, asking if it could be deposited on August 10. The lady at reception told me yes, no problem.... in wine, the check went through on July 31 on my account. First time in this garage and disappointed 😞 I called this lady who apologized all the same, and told me in 15 years this has never happened... anyway it had to happen to me. I would have preferred that she tell me it's not possible, I would have arranged to pay everything on the same day.

Not a customer of theirs, this mechanic was kind enough to take care of my Peugeot 3008 following a collision sensor that kept beeping. 5 minutes later I left with my problem solved. Thank you again for your welcome, you are very professional.

Pretty serious center. All the staff are very polite. They always try to find a solution to help the customer, and that's not the case everywhere. The rates are not more expensive than elsewhere. I maintain my 2 vehicles there, and being satisfied with their service, for the moment I continue.

Pleasant and professional staff. Smiling and welcoming owners. But to top it all off, more than reasonable prices.
And the work was done perfectly, with no surprises.

Garage serieux dans l'ensemble, bien que les pièces soient vraiment très chères pour certaines. Le plus grand handicap de cette entreprise est la femme d'âge très mûr à l'accueil qui est incompétente dans son rôle : est agréable à la tête du client, s'agace des questions/des renseignements demandés que ce soit en accueil téléphonique ou physique, peu aimable, aigrie, ton cassant aussi agréable qu'une porte de prison. N'a semble-t-il jamais fait de formation pour apprendre les bases de l'accueil... y mettre une personne PROFESSIONNELLE cette fois-ci ne serait absolument pas du luxe mais une nécessité. Expérience désagréable au possible. 1 fois pas deux.
