My car broke down just before Christmas. The mechanic arrived very quickly.
He found the problem and fixed it in a very reasonable timeframe (especially during the holiday season).
Most importantly, he was very transparent about the nature of the problem, with a very fair price quoted at the bottom of the page.

I had a flat tire on my Sportage Friday evening. My baby has a disability and I couldn't keep appointments any longer with our little one (it's unbearable with the baby in the car). That day, upon receiving the tires (which I bought myself), they changed them immediately. This allowed us to provide more comfort for our little one.
