I highly recommend the Renault Ecouen Garage.
I entrusted them with my Peugeot 205 Roland Garros Cabriolet for an electrical problem: the fuse for the convertible top and electric windows kept blowing as soon as I turned the ignition on. After several refusals from other garages (including a large Peugeot dealership and an independent Peugeot garage), they agreed to take the vehicle with a clear and honest approach.
They offered me a diagnostic package for €89, with a commitment to call me if the problem needed to be solved beyond that amount. This transparency inspires confidence and avoids any unpleasant surprises.
The problem was ultimately found quickly: a cable pinched during a previous restoration. The repair was carried out efficiently, and everything now works perfectly.

I had an excellent experience at Renault Écouen.
The appointment was made remotely by phone, very easily, with great support.
The team is attentive, helpful, and professional.
Unlike other Renault dealerships where wait times are very long, Renault Écouen was extremely fast. My vehicle, which was out of commission for a month due to a faulty fuel pump and numerous other issues, was taken care of and repaired in just 48 hours.
Efficient, responsive, and reliable service. I highly recommend them.

Very satisfied with the Renault garage in Écouen! I went there to have my headlights adjusted and everything went perfectly.
