Following an alarming diagnosis at another Citroën garage in Arleux, where I was told I needed a complete replacement of the clutch, flywheel, and other components for a bill of €2,250, I decided to seek a second opinion at Citroën Charles SARL Dom in Écourt-Saint-Quentin.
As soon as I arrived, I received a warm welcome and immediate attention. The mechanic examined my vehicle on site, opened the hood, and quickly determined that the problem was simply with the transmitter. He ordered the part without delay and even lent me a vehicle while I waited for the repair. In just two days, my car was ready, and the bill was five times lower than at the first garage.
A professional, honest, attentive, and efficient garage. I highly recommend them!

A small Citroën Agency where the staff and owners know what a customer is! Greeted with a smile, they didn't hesitate to order the part, and the next day I had it!!

Nice people, very professional, attentive to the customer and always available, a garage where they explain the problems of the vehicles and especially the solution for the repair, do not hesitate!!
