Their organization and management are very chaotic, which wasted a lot of my time. One small problem required several trips back and forth on my part. I now understand why many people prefer to choose a non-Mercedes garage closer to home.

Interested in a Smart #3 Brabus, I requested a price quote and a trade-in value for my current car. It's been a week since I've heard back, so I took the liberty of contacting the seller again, and unfortunately, I'm still waiting. The truth is, I'm just naively hoping for a positive or negative response, or at least some discussion, and there's been nothing! No sign of life... why? I have no idea... maybe it's not their day, maybe they just don't feel like dealing with a customer... Hoping I'm the only buyer in this situation... Happy selling.

Impeccable service, minimal waiting time, vehicle returned as clean as a whistle.
Loïc Massion took care of everything, including dropping off the car at the entrance.
The courtesy vehicle is a big plus.
