I bought a new 3008 from Peugeot Stellantis in Villeneuve d'Ascq.
Six weeks later, it broke down and my vehicle was towed to Peugeot Eco Ennevelin. The vehicle was out of service for six months (due to an electronic problem). Despite more than 30 follow-ups with Peugeot France assistance (a call center located far away abroad) and a registered letter to Peugeot Stellantis in Villeneuve d'Ascq (the same people who happily accepted my check six weeks earlier), no one bothered to take any action to move the case forward. Not even a reply to my registered letter... In short, the only team I want to commend is the one at Eco Ennevelin, who never turned me away, who always listened, and who were always there to help me move forward. THANK YOU TO THEM
Moral of the story: buy your cars from these small, friendly dealerships that listen to you, and avoid large dealerships like Stellantis Villeneuve d'Ascq, where you're nothing more than another sale.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I really do not recommend this garage! One star, and if I could have given zero, I would have. This garage is full of incompetents. My wife had her Peugeot 308 repaired for an AdBlue problem, and we paid over €1000 for repairs. A month later, I went back in her place and explained that the same problem had recurred and hadn't been fixed. I was astonished to see, along with the receptionist, that repairs that shouldn't have been on the bill had been added, undoubtedly to inflate the price because it was a woman. Instead of offering a goodwill gesture, they suggested I pay an additional €1200 for a problem that hadn't even been fixed initially.

Excellent experience with this garage. The service was top-notch. The diagnostic was carried out professionally after a test drive with the manager. I highly recommend them to my friends and family, and thank you again for your professionalism.

This garage/dealership is magical. They didn't bother to adjust the hours on Google. This is the very first (and not complicated) service provided to the customer. Well, to put it simply, 10:30 a.m. Saturday, closed.

Great garage! Friendly on the phone, friendly on site. Even though I was a new customer, they were able to find a place for me in their schedule (and not 2 months later). Service performed on the same day, unlike the 3-day mobilization announced at another garage. A bonus commercial gesture. Really deserves its 5 stars 🌟
