It's a pleasure not to have hot water for a problem I've already called about, which apparently hasn't been resolved. Besides, I always like it when someone comes to my house without following up.
Without my neighbor and without a surveillance camera, I would never have really known if someone had been there.
I've had to get back to them twice, but I'm still waiting.

I'll let you admire their work; they took everything apart and never put it back together... I'll let you guess who lost the maintenance contract at the last general meeting.
A company made an emergency call because a large amount of carbon monoxide was escaping...
That's downright endangering other people's lives! Aren't you ashamed?!

Extremely disappointed by a water leak from a toilet mechanism that required three visits before they finally fixed it at my request. The problem: 94 cubic meters of water were wasted due to this leak, which they refuse to cover (€500!!!!!). One email and two follow-up messages, and they haven't even bothered to reply…!!! Unprofessional!!!
I also had to call them back three times for a shower screen they couldn't install correctly. Finally, a more competent installer came to replace it. A lot of hassle for nothing complicated, but incompetent staff and €500 that I still have to pay because of their mistake!!!! I am very disappointed!!!!

Very disappointed with this company: following a problem with poorly adjusted underfloor heating, they only came for 5 minutes just to say that it was not their responsibility, without even telling me how to manually control the temperature. Their only suggestion was to "open the windows"

Unscrupulous company: 1 month since I reported a water leak on a new system, and they haven't responded despite 4 emails and a dozen calls. No consideration for customers, non-existent after-sales service.
Edit: 4 months later and still no response.

What can I say? I gave this review one star.
This gentleman was supposed to repair a heating and water system. After a €2,000 bill, the leaks are still there, and the heating still doesn't work. I'm still waiting for his call three weeks later. Maybe I only have one opinion, but that's enough for me. I don't necessarily recommend him.
