Superb service. Everyone so polite and helpful despite little English but maybe I need to learn French language. Faultless service and depot very clean - much better than UK. Well done Euromaster Epernay and thank you for fixing our puncture

Frank at Euromaster saved the day! We had a slow leak of a tire on our rental car. He quickly repaired the tire and was able to communicate with us, even with my poor French. Merci beaucoup!

Broke (big big hole) my brand new tyre while on holiday in champagne area, so needed a solution in order to be able to drive back to The Netherlands. Took the wheel off and -using a second car- drove to this Euromaster on a saturday morning and hoped for the best. Unfortunately, they did not have that same tyre in the correct size and I started to fear that it was going to be a long day visting different garages in search of the right tyre... However: the friendly guy then continued to offer me a used tyre as a temporary solution. I quickly agreed and the man got to work immediately. After 10 minutes he returned, the used tyre neatly fitted & balanced. I was happy and grabbed my wallet, but things got even better as he said 'c'est un cadeau'. What a legend and what a level of service. Thank you so much Euromaster and vive La France! 🇨🇵

Due to a flat tyre and no spare, we stopped in hoping the mechanics could help us out. Despite the language barrier, these guys were incredibly helpful, patient and really went the extra mile to sort us out with a new tyre! Awesome work, thanks!!!!

They decide to fix my tire although it shouldn't be repaided. Next day all air flew away, and they barely speak simpliest english. Price was also very high.
