I recently used Mr. Vomberg's services at ESPRIT AUTO, located in this garage, to purchase my used vehicle. I highly recommend them; their explanations were clear and transparent, the repair work was carried out as planned, and there were no unpleasant surprises! Thank you!

Having had a collision with my vehicle on October 6, 2023, my insurance company referred me to this garage for the appraisal. I went there on October 9 to take the photos. On October 16, the appraiser sent a reminder because they had not received the photos. The insurance company called the garage, which replied that it had changed software and that it was unable to send the photos. I offered to go back to take the photos again, but to no avail because I already had the photos. There, he told me that he would send them immediately and that I would have news within 15 days. Having had no news, I called my insurance company again on November 10, who told me that they would contact the garage again to send the photos. I am still waiting (fortunately, my vehicle is roadworthy). The insurance company called me back two weeks later to tell me that the garage manager had gone on vacation and that he would send the photos upon his return. It's December 15th, and nothing has been sent. I'm forced to go back to another garage to have the photos taken again. In short, this garage should be avoided due to its lack of professionalism.

Doesn't answer the phone. Today, I had an appointment for a service. The garage was closed! I ended up leaving my car with a mechanic who arrived before the manager. This evening, I picked up my car: an oil change costing almost €100, two filters, €280!! No report was given regarding the tires, brakes, or belt, for example, and they charged me for windshield washer fluid even though we had just filled it up. As for the invoice, I'll have to wait for an email because the printer still isn't working. I'll never set foot in there again!

Avoid this place... My Opel Meriva was taken in on December 26th due to a coolant leak at the thermostat. After 10 days at the garage (without a loaner car), the thermostat and fan (?!) were replaced, and I received a hefty bill of €1063.97. The car was returned to me with a broken radiator shroud held together with plastic cable ties on the hoses, the radiator dented in several places (they had to use a screwdriver to remove the shroud!), a broken air duct, and two days later, an even bigger leak requiring the car to be immobilized immediately. The garage refused to acknowledge its fault, so I filed a claim with my liability insurance and then had an expert inspect the car. Finally, after being confronted by the expert, they admitted their mistake. In short: no loaner car, exorbitant bill, shoddy repair, bad faith, incorrect diagnosis, unprofessional, car out of commission for two months... avoid this place. P.S.: Maybe you should consider changing your name… car expert… are you sure?!
