Very good service, friendly and helpfull. We were visiting Epinal when our brakes made a terrible noise. When we asked for advice, they inmidiatly helped us. Our car was scheduled in, and one hour later the problem was solved!! Wow what a super super service. Thank you so much! We now can continue our vacation with a relaxed and peacefull mood ...

I would like to warmly thank the Group for their professionalism and exceptional efficiency. Where other Ford dealerships couldn't meet my needs, they managed to find me a Ford Ranger in just 3 days. Impressive responsiveness and impeccable service.
I recommend them 100% without hesitation. It's a shame I'm 500 km away from them, otherwise I would have entrusted them with my future projects without a second thought.

As vacationers, we arrived with a breakdown on our vehicle. Our first contact was with a consultant, Laurine, who listened attentively and responded quickly to our request, despite her busy schedule. I picked up my vehicle two days later, and as an added bonus, it was washed. I thank the entire Ford group and especially Laurine. Highly recommended dealership.

Mixed feelings about this dealership.
- Quick diagnosis after my Kuga broke down.
- I immediately bought a Puma in a hurry. A few minor problems a few days later, but they told me it wasn't covered under warranty. I had to complain to get it covered because I'd only bought the car a few days before.
- The service manager is completely unprofessional.
- After selling my Puma, I contacted the credit center offered by Ford (CA Auto Bank) to refinance my loan. It was a nightmare… Customer service is difficult to reach, and every time I get a different story. No one can give me a straight answer. The loan is ridiculous; they charge you an extra 50% after 60 months with the loan, insurance, etc.

I went to pick up my husband's Ford Tourneo on May 30, 2025, because he had a stroke during the night of May 29-30. He was never able to drive it because he never woke up. So I asked Ford to buy the car back from me at the original purchase price, but they refused, even though I had bought a Ford Puma myself. These people have no compassion, so don't buy a car from Ford. Besides, the price they charged me for the Puma was highway robbery because the hybrid engine has problems, and they conveniently neglected to inform me. Today I sold the Puma; good riddance. My advice: never go to that dealership.
