A disgrace!!!
Following a phone call for a battery replacement, I was quoted a €125 fee (labor not mentioned, but that's not the issue), which is a pretty reasonable price.
Arriving on site, after changing the battery in 5 minutes, I was given a bill for €246.25 (including €20.40 for labor, which isn't cheap, but nothing shocking these days...). So I asked for an explanation, and they confirmed that I had been quoted this price over the phone.
Have I gone completely crazy to the point of changing a battery at this price?
In short, I'm not in the habit of settling my accounts behind a screen, but this is simply outrageous, and I'm sure the advertising will be tailored accordingly. An angry "customer" who wasn't raised to be dishonest...
PS: The star is mandatory, and I'm awarding it to the mechanic who changed the battery!

I had a minor accident with my BMW 1 Series, and it was my insurance company that put me in touch with this garage. I was given a loaner car (a Clio V), and the repairs were quite quick. When I picked up my car, I realized that the wrong headlight had been installed. The garage ordered the correct one and replaced it without any problem. The staff is friendly.

I highly recommend this garage. I took my car there after a minor accident (I own a Clio 4), and they lent me a brand new Megane while my car was being repaired. I got my car back clean, with the tire pressure checked and on time. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Quick service and repair of my vehicle. An extra star for the lady at reception, who was very welcoming both in person and on the phone.
