Had a damaged wheel bearing on my Citroen Jumper and missed my ferry to Ireland. The team of ALM squeezed me in despite being very busy, got the parts quickly and I could take the ferry next day. Thanks again!

My car's main garage, where it has been serviced systematically since it was first registered.
I have always praised and commended the quality of the services provided.
The service is expensive, but I preferred to have the maintenance performed by a quality service.
However, ultimately, the service is inadequate. The garage manager "forgot" his obligation to advise me on a major issue: the design flaw of the 1.2 PureTech engine.
Of course, this garage isn't responsible for this design flaw, but they deliberately failed to inform me of this problem.
The alert came from the vehicle inspection technician and an independent garage, separate from the Citroën brand.
I won't go into all the details of my conversation with the garage manager here; having run out of arguments, his response was, "I'm not going to bite the hand that feeds me."
This short sentence pretty much sums up the whole problem with brand-affiliated garages: You won't necessarily get the same level of advice if there's a hidden defect related to a design flaw in the brand your garage represents.
It's better to have a relationship of trust with a garage that doesn't represent a brand.
Or perhaps an Asian brand, whose standards and services are certainly higher.
It's also important to avoid anything from the Stellantis group; it's not the quality of the employees I'm questioning.
It's the quality of the management and the company's operations that are catastrophic and drag down the quality of the vehicles produced.
Nothing personal against this garage manager, but the "I'm not going to bite the hand that feeds me" comment didn't go down well.
