I called for a quote for a "timing belt replacement," but unfortunately, I got a rude woman on the phone who, after waiting 5 minutes to ask for information, finally refused to email me the details of the quote after telling me the price. So, thank you, goodbye.
You need to relearn the basics of sales and customer communication.
In short, it's definitely not tempting to go to this garage to get your car repaired.

Really, complete nonsense. I called for a quote. They asked me if the car had already been tracked there. I replied that it hadn't, but that didn't prevent them from providing a quote and any repairs, if necessary. Except that I came across a far from professional person who asked me for the license plate and registration document. I told him that with the license plate, she already had all the necessary information, but the woman allowed herself to huff and puff because my answer didn't suit her, as if she didn't care and just wanted to cut the conversation short. She said that "as a secretary, I can't provide a quote. I only need the registration document with the license plate."
I ended the conversation. I've never seen such a lack of professionalism from a garage, which, by the way, is supposed to be a major French brand, "Garage Peugeot."

I dropped off a little 107 for which I had no history. The receptionist took the time to check if there were any traces in her software.
For my service, she gave me a quote that ended up being higher than the invoice I paid (well, I don't think that's always the case), which shows they're not thieves because I was willing to pay the amount stipulated in the quote.
Excellent service from this garage, which systematically checks all the inspection points.
I won't hesitate to return! Thank you!
