After dealing with numerous garages and dealerships and experiencing many car-related mishaps, I had lost faith in the automotive industry... until I met Fabien and his team, in whom I placed my trust by purchasing a used Mercedes CLS. Fabien is a seasoned entrepreneur (a rare breed these days), and I discovered this after buying the car, when some mechanical problems arose—in other words, when most garages are nowhere to be found when it comes to after-sales service. Since going to him, my Mercedes has been running perfectly, and I am completely satisfied. Despite the current crackdown on businesses, and I mean it, Fabien is staying the course and still manages to keep his company afloat WITHOUT ANY IMPACT ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, neither in terms of competitiveness nor quality of service, which is rare, if not impossible, to find these days. I want to emphasize that Fabien covered all the costs necessary to keep the vehicle running smoothly even after the warranty had expired. He wasn't obligated to do so, and this demonstrates the professionalism of the garage's management—and I would even say, unwavering honesty. For these reasons, I wholeheartedly recommend that you also place your trust in this team, whether for purchasing a vehicle or for maintenance; you won't be disappointed.

After a trip into a ditch, this garage came to my rescue. For his first "car in the ditch" situation, the young mechanic (I didn't catch his name, sorry 😅) handled it like a pro. Despite the risk of damage, he got the car out quickly and without a scratch or any damage (except for the damage caused by the ditch).

Connected via Mondial Assistance for a flat tire on a Saturday evening, my contact at the garage, very very nice, did everything to repair it and allow me to leave without getting into the administrative complications that were looming. Bravo and THANK YOU!!! That's service!
