I am very disappointed with my experience at the Renault garage. They let me leave with only 20 km of AdBlue range remaining, without resetting the system, even though this was part of my request and the situation could have become dangerous.
No effort was made to resolve the problem on-site, and no concrete solution was offered.
For an official Renault garage, I expected a minimum level of professionalism and support. I find it unacceptable to let a customer leave in this condition, especially with a potentially immobilized vehicle.
I do not recommend this garage and I hope they will take the necessary steps to improve their service.
