I've been a customer at Peugeot Erstein for almost 10 years now, and more specifically with the Busché family. They're one of those small, family-run businesses that used to be so rare these days.
Always quick, responsive, and attentive, they know how to offer solutions tailored to every situation. Their service is exemplary: a smile, kindness, relevant advice, and respect for deadlines, every time.
I can only be completely satisfied with their services. Without hesitation, it's a well-deserved 5 stars! Once a customer, always a customer 💪

I came in for an engine light that just came on and I'm asking to go to the nearest garage.
I'm not asking for a repair or a loaner vehicle, just to have the fault read to see if I can still drive before scheduling a scheduled appointment for diagnosis and repair.
I was greeted coldly, then directed to the workshop manager, who seemed to have no idea what he was doing there and told me he didn't have time until mid-July (3 weeks) and that I should go to the garage where I usually get my maintenance done.
I repeated that I just wanted a fault reading to see if I could drive while waiting for the repair... nothing doing.
The computers weren't available.
I wasn't given an appointment date and was told to go to my usual Peugeot dealership to schedule an appointment.
Let's just say that service and reception aren't this garage's strong points.
In the end I went to another Peugeot garage, a wonderful welcome, fault read in 5 minutes, I was reassured.

Fifty meters from the breakdown garage they refuse to come even though I am a regular customer, in short no consideration for people who are struggling, but no scruples

Going there to replace the AdBlue tank, only to leave with a water leak. I think the idea was to return to the garage to have it repaired.
Luckily, we found the cause, but creating a fake break-in from scratch isn't very serious for a garage.
Absolutely avoid!

Excellent Peugeot garage. A real garage where you can still talk to someone. Whether it's for diagnostics, advice, maintenance, or repairs, the staff is competent, professional, and friendly.
