We had an appointment in February for a 2000 Xsara Picasso. We were having central locking problems, and unfortunately, it turned out to be an internal part in the heater core that had failed. The heater fan is now working again. The diagnostic fee was very reasonable at €58, impeccable, nothing to complain about.

I was able to pick up my car with the flatbed truck, which was very easy to drive and use.

Following the vehicle inspection which warned me to change the brakes in the coming months, I made an appointment at Roguet to have it done a year later.
They were very honest in telling me that it could wait until the next service. I left without paying anything. Combined with the warm welcome I received, I highly recommend them.

A disgrace. Roguet strung me along several times, using a minor electronic issue as an excuse to avoid dealing with the PureTech engine belt problem. They charge for diagnostics but don't fix anything.
