At this establishment, I received a very pleasant and professional welcome. I purchased a used C3 Aircross, and the vehicle was delivered to me perfectly prepared and serviced, exactly as I had expected. The advice given on using the various features was clear and invaluable. The competence and professionalism of all the staff justify my confident recommendation of this garage.

Not having had time to schedule an oil change for our Ford Fiesta, my wife took it upon herself to go to the garage for a simple oil change. Unfortunately, some unscrupulous mechanics still take advantage of the situation when a customer with no mechanical knowledge shows up alone.
The result: in addition to the oil change, she was billed for a brake fluid change, supposedly mandatory every two years to maintain the manufacturer's warranty... even though the car has been out of warranty for two years! Add to that an odor and particle filter that supposedly needs to be replaced every year, despite the low mileage of less than 6,000 km this year.
The total bill: over €341.30 for a simple oil change on a 7-year-old Ford Fiesta.

You're thanking me for my trust? Let's just say you took it without asking! As for the safe route, rest assured, it will lead me directly to the competition... hopefully they have a more honest definition of the word 'trust'!

I don't usually post reviews on individual services, whatever they may be.
However, in this case, I'd like to highlight this mechanic's level of service.
Not being from the area, I came in for the first time on a Thursday morning in the middle of August to fix my Kuga's central display, which had completely crashed.
The car was working normally, but with no control screen, no radio, no ventilation, no air conditioning, no hands-free phone kit, etc.
Despite everything, they managed to find a slot on Friday morning to help me out, knowing that the dealership was closing that evening for a holiday.
Approximately 30/40 minutes to perform a system reset. And the intervention was guaranteed without a specific request from me.
This is what we call "service," a word that is increasingly disappearing these days.
How many mechanics would have asked me to come back in September, or would have charged me for this repair?
Thank you to Mr. Elie and his team, because the excellent welcome was on par with the repair.
