From the second we walked in Citreon- Grenoble Eybens we were treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. Our problem was that our car was broken into while visiting Grenoble and we needed a window fixed ASAP. This was the only business in the area who not only had the item, but also could replace for the lowest price, the very next day, as we were leaving then. We didn't speak French so a very kind employee named Khaled helped us out with our service in English and explained everything in detail. We were never left in the dark and he made sure to make us feel comfortable with the whole process, which we did. We went to eat and he even was kind enough to give us a bus pass and directions to the nearest restaurant while our car was being worked on. Needless to say we felt right at home with him and know he goes above and beyond at his job. If we ever visit Citreon- Grenoble Eybans we will be sure to ask for Khaled again. We highly recommend Khaled for his professionalism and personal touch. Thank you Khaled at Citreon- Genoble Eybens! The window looks like new!

"We came to Citroën Grenoble for a quick reparation our RV, we didnt speak french, no one spoke german, fortunatly khaled was there, he hleped us with English translation and explained our problem to the Reparation team then all was taken care of... Thank You very much khaled for your kindness and great customer service... also thank you Citroën Grenoble Team"
