I would like to sincerely thank the Citroën garage in Faverolles-sur-Cher for their invaluable help and professionalism in a particularly complicated situation.
Following a manufacturer's recall on my vehicle, I experienced engine failure shortly afterward (broken camshaft).
The initial garage that handled the procedure refused to lend me a vehicle and did not want to assist me with the case.
The garage in Faverolles-sur-Cher, which I didn't even know existed before, agreed to take on my case, even though it was complex and had already been initiated elsewhere.
They demonstrated exceptional kindness and compassion: they immediately lent me a car, took the time to listen to me, explain the procedures, and support me throughout the entire process.
The workshop manager was very reassuring, patient, and professional, remaining supportive from beginning to end. You can tell this is a dedicated team, not just focused on making a sale, but genuinely wanting to help their customers.
During a time when I was already facing significant personal and professional challenges, their support made a real difference.

The garage was very efficient, but unfortunately, after purchasing an electric Berlingo in February 2025 with 8,300 km on the clock, it has been out of commission for a month with no repairs in sight. Parts are unavailable. This leaves me perplexed about the future of this Citroën model, especially considering the very high lease payments.

On the way back from our vacation, a warning light came on on the car. We stopped at this garage, they welcomed us with a smile, they quickly took care of the vehicle and we were able to leave 1 hour 30 minutes later. Very good, serious, pleasant team at very reasonable prices. We can only recommend them.
