After years of entrusting my vehicle to this garage, I am deeply disappointed by their lack of consideration for customer distress. Since June, my vehicle has been in their workshop once a month for various issues. I spent €1300 before my holidays to have peace of mind, only to find myself plagued by the same problem I had while on vacation, and to make matters worse, the issue is still unresolved at the beginning of November. Several diagnoses have been made for the same fault, and now they're quoting me over €1500 for something that wasn't even noticed during the initial diagnosis in June. It's a disgrace. I seriously question the competence of the mechanics who, in my opinion, seem to be taking the easiest route without any regard for the additional costs incurred by the customer. I also have an ongoing issue with my AdBlue system that could have been addressed much earlier. Today, they're quoting me an additional €1300 to replace a tank (manufacturing defect), but no one has submitted a manufacturer's warranty claim; I have to do everything myself. There comes a point when even the most tolerant person in the world says enough is enough, and that's why I'm posting this review, to make myself heard…
I'm giving it two stars nonetheless because during these years of "trust," I've always dealt with friendly people, and I've always had a loaner vehicle… But being friendly isn't a profession…
