!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!
I bought a vehicle advertised as READY TO GO!
They told me they were going to do the inspection, but the car failed! After 3 weeks, they took it for another inspection, and it still failed. They told me they didn't know what the problem was and that I had to wait longer. For a vehicle supposedly ready to go, this is unacceptable.
I cancelled the sale because they're literally taking me for a fool. I'm waiting for my deposit refund, which they told me would be refunded. It's been a week and still no refund...
IN SHORT, DON'T GO HERE...

The welcome was incredible for selling a car, but the salesperson was excellent!
But then, don't worry about ever having any problems with the vehicle you buy.
For my part, the timing belt was changed at 60,000 km. Is that normal? (1.2 PureTech)
My vehicle was immobilized in the lot for 5 months, from the end of February to the end of July, waiting for a part (autonomous control unit).
I had also subscribed to the famous "serenity package," which is supposed to be a great salesperson and provide me with a replacement vehicle in case of problems.
No vehicle.
No goodwill gesture.
A complaint was filed with headquarters.
Numerous letters were also sent.
All of which have gone unanswered.
What should I do? Do I have to call Julien Courbet to get any attention?
PS: The contract ends in a few days. 😉

We had a big problem with the hood of a Fiat 500. The bodywork service in Feignies took care of the repair and handling. Thanks to Jeremy for his professionalism and diligence.

I'm from Nice, I had a problem with my Peugeot 5008 (which, for your information, has just been serviced by Peugeot Chopard Nice, who kept it for 4 months for no reason 🤬). I went on vacation to the Hauts-de-France region and had a problem with the ADBLUE. I went to Peugeot Feignies and found a welcoming, professional, and efficient team, both at reception ❤️ and at the workshop. They found a solution for me right away and were very efficient.
Congratulations to them and thank you.
It just goes to show that not all Peugeot dealerships are the same. It's really a question of the individual!!!

I'm not satisfied with the maintenance of my vehicle, so I had my MOT (vehicle inspection) and it failed.
I mean, it's strange, the tires don't need changing, they're fine 😡😡.
If it were the brakes, it would be the same.
Because not seeing tires with internal cracks and fissures is unbelievable... So the person who worked on my vehicle should pay more attention in the future.
Because it's dangerous.
