I was very happy with the support and repairs, basically... But I discovered today that there are a lot of bad ways unfortunately. I had to send an expert to repair it again and the more they take it apart, the more the problems appear. I really don't understand, because I trusted them, I took my Opel to them thinking that everything would be done well, and with original parts and that's not even the case!

Like many other reviewers, I used to be a loyal customer with two Opel vehicles. I still wonder what I ever saw in that lousy garage. It took me ages to realize I was dealing with a bunch of crooks, and their customer service absolutely needs improvement. You don't leave customers waiting 35 minutes before you deign to help them. It's been three years since I last set foot in there. And the kicker is, they keep contacting me about their open house days or their so-called VIP evenings. That's it, I'm done. Just delete all my data from your computers and forget about me. I'm tired of being the sucker you've ripped off. A word to the wise... 😠

Swindled out of 2,000 euros for a 90,000 Opel Corsa. (I was told it was old, so that's normal.) The following week, the problem persisted.
The reception was appalling.
I strongly advise against this great team of useless people.

You'll be well received as long as your vehicle is under warranty. After that, you go to the workshop. Not very clean, by the way. Spare parts are outrageously expensive. It's Opel...

Second car I've purchased from them and I'm delighted. Never had any problems with my car. So of course, I read some negative reviews and I myself may not have been happy once due to a misunderstanding but I have nothing to say about the professionalism of the boss as well as his involvement towards customers. THANKS
