Welcome, advice, courtesy, and quality of mechanical services.
It's easy to say when you're not happy with a zero-star rating following a bad experience that may occur
(but the team is working on a solution for this). It's clear that the Ted Auto team does everything possible to satisfy its customers, and this is evident, felt, and has been proven for several years with the maintenance of our Clio, provided we don't want everything for yesterday.

Currently undergoing renovations for the new Renault signage, but still open and accessible to customers.
Monday to Friday 8am-12pm/2pm-6pm and Saturday morning 9am-1pm. Appointments preferred; social distancing measures are in place.

I came in for a problem with the reversing lights on my Koleos without an appointment. I was very well received despite their busy schedule; my vehicle was taken care of between other appointments, and this was just a week before the summer holidays. My vehicle was returned to me repaired the same evening (the sensor on the gearbox had been replaced). I would like to thank Romain and the entire team for their professionalism, attentiveness, and speed of execution. Robert Legendre.

At first glance a friendly garage and a very warm welcome ... But a garage more willing to bring in money than to help its customers. New vehicle only 18 months old, under warranty, major battery fault because it is almost empty and ...: "We cannot replace it, the DACIA conditions are strict, go home and come back with your vehicle on a flatbed when it no longer starts ..." I left with my vehicle ... to another Renault-DACIA garage and they changed my battery ... I contacted a 3rd one, to be sure, and I was told that yes my battery would be changed because we do not let a customer with an 18 month old car under warranty and a very weak battery go home ... At Renault/Dacia SARL TED AUTO Ferrières la Grande, I was offered to change my battery for 280 € ... It is simply shameful!
