Nothing to say, except that my vehicle is in top condition! The hostess is very pleasant and smiling. An appointment was found very quickly, despite some setbacks that were solely my fault, I should add. In addition, the premises are pleasant to see and visit, as is often the case with Citroën. I highly recommend Ets Redon & Fils!

We sincerely thank this garage, and especially Mr. Redon, for his welcome and kindness. When we returned from vacation, our campervan's engine light remained on red, so we were forbidden to drive.
After several refusals or delays of over a month from other major Citroën dealerships to take care of our vehicle, just long enough to check it out to determine the cause, Mr. Redon took the time, despite the staff shortage due to the summer holidays, and told us we could go home; there was just a small defective electronic part that didn't prevent us from driving. He even conscientiously took the time to drive a bit with us to make sure the vehicle was running smoothly! He also told us we didn't owe him anything, just a quick message to confirm our arrival home! Honestly, if we hadn't been lucky enough to find someone caring and understanding, how much would the insurance company have paid to repatriate us and the vehicle??? Stay away from large dealerships and work with small, local businesses...
