Honestly, the manager doesn't belong in the garage. I wanted to order a starter kit for my 807, and they wanted me to pay the full price upfront before placing the order. That wasn't a problem for me, however, when I asked if there was a warranty, the manager told me there wasn't, and what's more, they weren't even sure the part would work... so you have to pay a lot for zero guarantee.

While on vacation in the area, we stopped at this garage, a disturbing noise alerted us when we took certain turns. We were very well received, the mechanic immediately raised the vehicle on the lift to check the source of this noise. Thank you very much for this quick intervention

A COMPLETE SHAME!! My car is in Figeac for major repairs. I asked if payment in three installments was possible? Okay!! Following a theft that included my checkbook, I'm waiting for my order. But this Friday, November 7th, I haven't received it. I called the garage. "Can I pay you €350 right away and have my card held until Monday?" REFUSED!! "Come back Wednesday, we're closed for the holiday." I explained that I have a work appointment the next day, and another appointment on Monday for my wife who has Alzheimer's!!! We want to go shopping, we're somewhat isolated, as we have nothing left at home: milk, bread, meat, etc... and it's a 4 km round trip on foot to get groceries, we're all alone... I left you all my paperwork, an IOU for the remaining €800... NO NO And how am I supposed to get home? "Call someone I know." No, we don't have anyone. "Just give me a ride." Oh, I'm going to waste 45 minutes. I'm telling you, the employee said they'd give me our bank details for payment and that would be fine... They don't take card imprints. Anyway, back home to my miserable wife who was waiting to go out after a month of being cooped up... A SHAME, A TOTAL LACK OF HUMILITY, NO RESPECT FOR THE ELDERLY... But I won't let it go... There's the media, there's management... AND I SWEAR THAT PEUGEOT WILL NO LONGER BE PART OF MY FAMILY!!! That's the mentality of management in Figeac!!!

While passing through, we received a low oil level warning. We pulled over and were taken care of immediately. The pit stop is excellent, and the team gave great advice! I have no complaints except that I wish I could make it my regular garage!
