An honest and competent mechanic. He takes the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem before quoting a price and blindly replacing parts. Excellent communication with the customer; he doesn't start any repairs without a well-reasoned explanation and a written estimate. This is a real change from dealerships, offering equal, if not superior, quality of work.
