I recently broke down on a trip to France and was picked up by green flag and taken to this garage!!
The staff here were simply incredible!!
I was traveling alone and they helped me above and beyond their duty!!
My car was fixed and I have never had any problems since!!
I would like to say a special thank you to Roxane For all her help and kindness!!
Thank goodness that I was taken to this garage.

We were driving to Spain and our Rifter broke down. The staff were friendly and professional, they fixed our car on the same day and they helped make it a good day in Orleans. Thank you !

Three weeks of waiting for a simple part replacement… it’s hard to understand. Faced with this situation, I finally decided to take the car back to handle the problem differently. As a result, the repair was completed in a single day.
Beyond the delay, I was also surprised by a scene at the reception desk. The woman I was speaking with took it upon herself to reprimand a young intern for his behavior in front of customers. I can understand that supervision is necessary, but not in this way or under these circumstances. It made me feel uncomfortable.
Better follow-up, more responsiveness, and greater professionalism in communication would have made all the difference.
