We went to this car dealership today looking for a particular car, seeking advice, financing plans and basically everything it takes when you want to lease a car.
In advance we were able to speak to a salesperson on the phone.
Staff there was very friendly, the advisor we saw was absolutely fantastic. We were super close to get a car from there when we realized that we wouldn’t fit all our 3 kids car seats in. Despite the wasted time for there salesman he was still very friendly and somewhat glad, that we didn’t have this bad surprise after buying the car.

After purchasing a Kia EV9 from a dealership in Le Havre, I went to Kia Bernier for two recalls and a defect. There were several twists and turns:
- ABS part order
- wheel alignment defect after return
- key defect
I would like to point out that despite the complexity of the case, the agents I met, from Anthony for the handling to Jessy, the workshop manager, not to mention the mechanics, behaved impeccably. Committed to customer satisfaction, I truly had an excellent experience, and all issues were resolved favorably.
I highly recommend this garage and will not hesitate to contact you again for a future purchase!

I dropped off my Niro today for repairs and I'm very satisfied with the way Anthony CHAU and Romain BROCARD received me and handled the case, including the initial preparations.
