Not much English spoken here, but with 'Translate on most Smarphones, pads and laptops, communication shouldn't be a problem.
Our own issue was getting a new battery ford an old Terrano which the firm accomplished within a day.
The receptionist Lea Cottebrune was accommodating, helpful and pleasant. The whole business seemed very well run. Recommended for automotive 'issues'

This garage changed my front and rear brake pads the same day without me making an appointment. The welcome was friendly and the work seemed well done. But then, after a day in the mountains, I realized that the left rear wheel must not have been completely tightened and I almost lost it on the road with the consequences that one can imagine. I'm still waiting for the phone call to give me the solution to the broken stud...
