Not much English spoken here, but with 'Translate on most Smarphones, pads and laptops, communication shouldn't be a problem. Our own issue was getting a new battery ford an old Terrano which the firm accomplished within a day. The receptionist Lea Cottebrune was accommodating, helpful and pleasant. The whole business seemed very well run. Recommended for automotive 'issues'

This garage changed my front and rear brake pads the same day without me making an appointment. The welcome was friendly and the work seemed well done. But then, after a day in the mountains, I realized that the left rear wheel must not have been completely tightened and I almost lost it on the road with the consequences that one can imagine. I'm still waiting for the phone call to give me the solution to the broken stud...

Completely unprofessional, avoid at all costs. I went in to have my four tires replaced with all-season tires, and the next day I realized I had two all-season tires on the left and two winter tires on the right. I had to drive 100km to correct this mistake, and Euromaster offered me a €20 voucher when my initial bill was €650. The workshop manager doesn't check what the teams are doing in the workshop. When I came back to correct the error, I had to tell one of the two technicians that he needed to change the tires on the right and not the rear tires as he was about to do. I left with my car without the store manager even coming out of his office to check that the work was done correctly. I strongly advise against using this garage, which is clearly unprofessional.
