I came by twice to have three tires mounted on rims. The first time was to provide the rim measurements to order, but the software only accepts license plates. It's a homemade trailer, so I bought them online following their advice. I came back with the new tires and rims, mounted in 10 minutes. The only item to charge was for changing the tires on the car (lifting the car, removing the wheel, removing the tire, remounting the tire, replacing the wheel, and lowering the car). It cost me €70 for 10 minutes because of the software's inflexibility. I had paid €15 at another garage the previous time (in 2024). A modern, computerized garage that isn't at all flexible with customers and engages in scams under the guise of being constrained by software. I'm angry.

Following a purchase of windshield wipers I am extremely disappointed 😞. I paid 57 euros without a break instead of 43.51 with a break. I could have been told that the promotion applies to a break package, and that I would pay less by taking a package (no refund possible, to take advantage of the offer). It is really not commercial of them. I was a customer on my 3 vehicles, I will not come back.
