Lodgy 2016 broken down in Fontainebleau. Towed to the Pavé du Roy garage, which I didn't know. Fuel pump diagnosis. Current internet price for the same model of fuel pump: €120 incl. VAT. Price of the part in the quote from my usual mechanic in Versailles: €220 incl. VAT. Price of the part at the Pavé du Roy garage: €530 incl. VAT!!! Quote at €830 incl. VAT just to do the diagnosis with the computer, and replace this very accessible part under the back seat, in 30 minutes, it's exorbitant. Quote from my mechanic in Versailles, which isn't particularly cheap: €390 incl. VAT. But the car was not drivable in Fontainebleau. A price worthy of Mercedes or BMW but for a Dacia... I don't recommend it.

The welcome was very friendly. However, the bill was a bit inflated due to supposedly topped-up fluids! All my fluid levels were checked before I brought my car in, but they were still listed on my bill – coolant, windshield washer fluid, etc. – increasing the bill by at least 15 euros? I don't think that's very honest.
