A truly far from satisfactory experience.
I contacted the nearest authorized garage without any prior information; the repairs were basic.
I replaced the hood and a headlight.
I ended up with an orange peel effect on the hood, and the headlight that was replaced hadn't been adjusted, which meant it shines very low on the road.
So I went back to the garage to get a solution.
As for the hood, as I'm not a professional, I'm no one to judge the work done; it's unstoppable... so you have to be a painter to appreciate a painting, or a professional footballer to notice that something is a failure.
And as for the headlight, that's just the way it is; it can't be fixed.
After some research, there are two screws on each headlight assembly to adjust the height and spacing of the projection. So, to summarize, contacting this professional can be like playing Russian roulette, with no chance of obtaining satisfaction for work billed at a high price, for which I didn't even receive a copy of the invoice. It's clearly not the company's style to guarantee the work performed.

At what point are you surprised by my negative review when I took the time to explain the defects I noted, which you refuted by deeming the work impeccable?
In light of other comments, your bad faith is no longer in doubt, but I still expect you to publicly confirm that you are proud of the painting job shown in the photo and that this will be the one that the victims who use your services will receive.
Regarding the deductible, this was an error on the part of my insurer, who is taking the necessary steps regarding the remaining amount owed.
Regarding the work performed, the procedure is ongoing with my insurer, and I hope to receive work worthy of a professional.

A friend of mine's Audi broke down while we were leaving on vacation.
Called the assistance service, and the breakdown service arrived.
Loaded the car and headed to the garage.
My friend was going on vacation and handled it remotely.
The mechanic examined the car and gave two diagnoses.
He called me and asked me to pick up his car because the garage was closed for vacation, and he was returning from vacation to check with the garage that had serviced it before leaving.
I arrived on site and was taken care of directly.
He called my friend to check if everything was okay.
I prepared the car trailer, and he loaded me up.
A very friendly, polite conversation with a laugh as we hitched up the vehicle, and we continued to talk about mechanics.
Just before getting back on the road, they even offered to wash my hands.
A friendly and very professional company.
I highly recommend it.

I do not recommend this garage.
The staff is unfriendly and dishonest.
The work was disgusting; they left my car filthy!

In response to your comment, I just want to add that in addition to being dishonest, you're a liar... and since we didn't tell the whole story from the start, you're jumping at the chance to twist it to your advantage! We didn't even get in the car before taking the photos! And as for the "problem" when filing the claim, the error came from the assessor, and I didn't accuse you of that!!

The staff were very pleasant and professional. For a tire change and balancing on beautiful rims that were poorly balanced from the factory, the technician spent more time than expected to achieve a perfect result. I recommend this garage.
