I went in to schedule an appointment to finalize a repair estimate. Unfortunately, I didn't have the estimate because I was coming straight from work.
The receptionist's only response was that I needed to bring the estimate with me to get an appointment. I pointed out that the diagnostic invoice related to this estimate already existed. The receptionist couldn't find the corresponding estimate based on the invoice.
So I have to go back again with the paperwork to schedule an appointment. ... This will be my fifth visit. What a hassle to travel for an appointment for repairs estimated at over €2,000!
I hope at least they'll provide a courtesy car for that amount.
This confirms my impression from last summer when I came in for the initial estimate for the same repairs, which couldn't be found because, according to the salesperson, it was created internally for a Citroën vehicle but was actually a Peugeot. So, here again, I had to go back to have the Peugeot quote redone according to the salesperson's wishes, and also because the initial quote was incomplete despite the diagnostic.
How is it that the faulty horn wasn't mentioned when I paid for a diagnostic, and this only after I pointed it out and returned to the dealership because I had to use the horn due to an inattentive pedestrian? This revealed this additional problem, and the quote had to be revised accordingly.
