Hello, I brought my truck in for an emergency service today because I'm traveling and my brakes have failed! The service was excellent (come immediately!). The workshop manager was fantastic; I left within an hour with my truck in perfect working order, after a complete overhaul! Incredible professionalism! Thank you for your dedication.

After Renault Istres refused to take my broken-down car (warranty expiring in 5 days), I headed to Renault Lavalduc: what a relief! The receptionist was exceptional, immediately understanding the urgency and taking the car in before the warranty expired. The problem was complex, but diagnosed quickly and fully covered by the warranty. Impeccable professionalism at every level – rare in a garage!
