I got a devis online to supply and fit towbar electrics to my car. I was happy with the price and paid online organising a date to fit. This morning I received a call from the centre saying that they had made a mistake and wanted a further 215€! They changed the product and added two extra hiyrs on making 3 in total. It even says on the pack that they wanted change me to stated between 60 and 90 minute fitting time. No explanation and no apology and I have to wait for my 142€ refund that I've already paid them. They want more an hour than a Peugeot garage. A devis is a devis! Scammers!!
