The man that is always working on the reception to the mechanic section gives great service. Every time Ive encountered him he had always been helpful and very friendly.

I had a problem with the cooling fan in my clio 2 that I didn't know about. After 1000 km drive it finaly gave out and the car started to heat up pretty fast. I let it cool down over the night and went to SATAC Renault for a basic checup the next morning.
When I asked them for help, a fine aged man (I forgot to ask for his name; he has glasses though, is very friendly and knows his stuff) was quick on the job and with the help of a colleague discovered a faulty reley. He replaced it with a new one, checked the car againg and wished us good luck.
Thank you (and your colleague) to make our vacation possible to go as planed.

This is probably the worst car renting in the entire world. I was on vacation in France and my Volvo cars air condition did not function. Then i contacted Renault. I spent the whole day waiting for a person to call, who does a very poor effort to this. I got a car location place, and excuse my english ( its not my born language ) i picked up the car and after 20 minutes of drivning the gearbox breaks. Maybe three house later i was home. I wanted a new car of course, cause i cant drive to town without a proper vehicle. The whole afternoon i waited for someone to call. Then finally! Someone called and she said there is a car in Paris you can pick up. I was in Saint-Tropez so that would take a long time. Then after a long conversation we came to the conclution that i could pick a car in Toulon that is 120 miles from here. Then i waited for a taxi a long time. And thats the story how a day in my vacation was ruined. Hope someone has a vetter experience with Renault that i had

The battery of our car was dead. We arrived at the garage and within 40 minutes we where back on the road. Absolutely perfect
