Repairs on my vehicle: deplorable service, vehicle immobilized for 4 months with no results, and excessive billing for a gearbox. Never seen such an incompetent garage.

Very disappointed with the garage's service. I bought a car a year ago, and at the beginning of 5 months, it started acting up:
First, the dashboard light stopped working. We brought the car back, claiming they had changed what wasn't working, and they told us it stopped working, but the dashboard light was gone.
Second, the heating stopped heating when you put it on level 4, although the part had been replaced, but now it doesn't work anymore. Also, when you start it, it struggles, it starts after 5 attempts, and there are no service records for the car.
I'm very disappointed. I won't go to this garage again, except for my money. They were good enough to take my money, so the service must be good.
