Last Friday, I needed a car urgently. After a simple call to the agency, a car was made available to me immediately. The price was competitive, the car was immaculate, and all this with a smile. Whatever you do, don't rent your car here!
I picked up a rental car, returned it washed and vacuumed, and the person who checked the car had me sign the return slip, telling me everything was fine. Three days later, I saw a €100 charge without any prior notice. Later, they told me the car was dirty, and all this while altering the return slip after I'd signed it. Run away! The owner is completely unprofessional (he admitted over the phone that the person who received the car shouldn't have done it), left my driver's license in his photocopier (didn't even offer to send me a copy even though I had the car for two weeks). In other words, he's incompetent.

I bought a Peugeot Partner from this garage, and I highly recommend Charles and the manager for their professionalism; they were very accommodating from start to finish. The vehicle is well-maintained, in excellent condition, and exactly as advertised – no unpleasant surprises.

Perfect service from start to finish.
I was seen immediately, despite their busy schedule.
My engine warning light came on, and I experienced a loss of power. At the first highway exit, I pulled over, and after visiting four different garages, only Peugeot Frontenex took the time to diagnose the problem and find the part in just 10 minutes.
And on top of all that, my car isn't even a Peugeot!
I arrived at 11:00 AM, and the car was finished by 2:00 PM. In three hours, they managed to find the part, pick it up, carry out the repair, and run a diagnostic check to clear the error codes.
I didn't think a garage like that existed anymore.
Thank you so much to the whole team; they got me out of a real bind, especially since I live three hours away. If they hadn't taken care of me, it would have been a huge logistical undertaking.

Very bad experience after buying a vehicle
I bought a vehicle from this dealership.
During the sale, everything was perfect: availability, responsiveness, and promises of follow-up.
But once the sale was finalized, the service completely disappeared.
➡️ No information was provided before the purchase regarding an ongoing manufacturer recall.
➡️ The promised duplicate key was never programmed despite several follow-ups.
➡️ More than three weeks without any updates, my calls went unanswered, and I was even hung up on.
➡️ The receptionist refused to put me through to a manager, and no one called back as promised.
Today, I find myself alone dealing with a problem that should have been anticipated and handled by the salesperson.
I am leaving this review to warn future customers: the sale goes smoothly, but the after-sales service is nonexistent.
