So, to start, I received an email from Tressol Chabrier saying that if I buy a used vehicle, I get the same discount as for a new one, thanks to the Takata airbag system, etc.
I made a phone appointment. No answer, no call back 😂.
This morning I received a voicemail message from a pre-recorded voice wishing me a happy new year. It's so robotic. Don't bother doing that next time...

Hello, following your call this morning, and after checking my Google account, I can't find any trace of the negative review that I "supposedly" published under the pseudonym Pat---t, not being the pseudonym I use on Google, I even searched for the publication of this pseudonym and I didn't even find it ???? I'm wondering about the content of this message 🤔 Indeed, I came to your place in January to change the Ad Blue tank but I didn't leave any comments, neither positive nor negative, the mystery remains 😩

A very bad experience. I came with a problem that had already been identified (a faulty reverse gear switch). They offered me a diagnostic... it sounded like a "go through the money box" thing. In short, I accepted and signed a document that showed 150 euros. I thought I'd at least leave with the switch replaced. Unfortunately, the diagnostic concluded that the switch was unavailable for order... What a waste of time and money...
The diagnostic was anything but recommended, except in cases where I wasn't aware of the fault. They told me what information I provided and asked me to pay 150 euros...
The cherry on the cake was that I asked them to look for windshield wipers when I dropped off the vehicle. Obviously forgotten, they told me they didn't have the model...
Double cherry: 5 calls to get all this information after contacting various colleagues to say we'll call you back... in short, completely mind-blowing.
I felt certain that I was just a wallet, a shameful service from my point of view.
At worst, refuse the magic word "diagnosis" unless it's necessary. At best, go see another mechanic with whom you can have a serious conversation.

High bill, appalling service.
My car was towed to this garage because the ignition switch was stuck. Conclusion:
One month stuck waiting for parts, no loaner car.
€786 for replacing the ignition switch and lock?
Including €150 for diagnostics, for a problem that was already known.
And I got the car back with two hubcaps left inside? And handprints on the hood.

I bought a Citroën C3 e-car in April 2025, and I still can't access the Citroën app's features. I went to the dealership, where the salespeople were very friendly, and I was contacted by the Citroën network, but all to no avail.
