Two services were performed on my Citroën (a service and a timing belt and water pump replacement). The welcome, quality, and service were all excellent. I highly recommend this center, which doesn't push unnecessary purchases but provides sound advice.

I cannot rate the quality of mechanical service since this garage clearly refused to take charge of my vehicle, the reason? They simply do not want to go behind these "colleagues" to change a simple seal that these "colleagues" from another garage did not manage to change correctly even after 3 times in after-sales service.... moral, it is increasingly difficult to find serious mechanics who want to work....so as often I will do it myself....so for the "trader" part it does not even deserve 1 star

This is the second time I've gone to buy parts, and the person at the reception desk has been very unpleasant and unable to answer simple questions about my car, which is a Citroën. It's often impossible to order, which makes you wonder what they're even there for!
I really don't recommend them.

Avoid at all costs. I called once to schedule an appointment for the airbag repair campaign. The manager told me to drop off my vehicle a month later. I explained that I also had an engine error (i.e., a breakdown), and he said he would take a look. I called him a month later to let him know I was dropping off my vehicle as agreed. To my surprise, I was a complete stranger, and to top it off, I was dealing with a rude and threatening Mr. Galea. He refused to wait for other garages, contrary to what other negative reviews have mentioned. When I reminded him that he is legally obligated to accept a broken-down vehicle, I was met with threats: no appointments before July, but the garage closes in August, and of course, my vehicle wouldn't be a priority for repairs, which he claimed could take "several months." His behavior was simply dishonest. This "manager" hung up on me after giving me a very unpleasant dressing-down. It's unacceptable. I've filed a complaint with Citroën's customer service department and the Fronton police for refusing to take responsibility.
However, his assistant is lovely, and I thank her for trying to find a solution.
